This video, delivered to our People Leaders, provides the framework and expectations for conducting quarterly check-ins with our frontline staff.

Each quarter, our People Leaders are asked to conduct a documented check-in with their staff. With a 100% remote workforce, these activities are crucial to keeping our workforce engaged and aligned with business objectives.

HR sought to reinforce prior training for our People Leaders on how to reinforce employee value and support business results. The training needed to be delivered in an easily-accessible format taking as little time as possible.

I worked with HR to identify learning objectives and to establish the most important expectations. From there, we identified performance data that reinforces the impact of employee engagement.
