This infographic developed for our Learning & Development staff provides clear instructions for creating brand-compliant emails.

In a 100% remote environment, email is the preferred method of communicating asynchronously. Effective messages must stand out and prompt action; otherwise, they can become overlooked or misunderstood.

Learning & Development was tasked with establishing an email template to improve adoption of L&D programs while offering flexibility in our messaging.

I partnered with HR to prioritize important components such as calls to action, employee support, and key takeaways. We then established visual guidelines to promote consistent readership and action. The template allows L&D staff to communicate information and expectations in different ways while adhering to an easily recognizable format.

This Job Aid combines text and graphics on a single-page reference to ensure consistency in our communications plans and drive results.

The Job Aid was created using PowerPoint and Snagit. The final product was distributed as a PDF in 16:9 format to match our standard screen size.
