Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Text and video are used to teach our users of an upcoming system enhancement in this self-paced eLearning course.
Business Need
As our IT department planned to upgrade security to our policy management system, users were required to take action for continuous access. With under 2 weeks to deploy the upgrade, IT asked for a concise course that would minimize requests for support.
Solution
We worked together to identify 3 learning objectives which supported business needs. From there, lessons were segmented into must-know tasks and optional features. We added a brief module on data security to help connect the course to learner value as well as a formative evaluation to reinforce the steps to take for continuous access.
Creation & Delivery
The course was authored in Rise. Video elements were created using Powtoon with edits in Camtasia. Voice overs were captured and edited with Audiate.
